Often times we go through our days, weeks, even months without taking the time to show our minds and our bodies the care it deserves! Self-care is so important because we are not robots! In this video, I show you some self-care activities that you can do to treat yourself on a daily or weekly basis! These are all activities that I’m starting to do regularly because they’re that good! All of these activities are easy and cheap (some of them are free!) to do! They don’t cost you much, in fact, they pay your mind and your body the love it requires!
